Leilah is friendly, engaging and always willing to help. She has 4+ years of assisting State Farm customers and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Her goal is to answer your insurance questions and provide answers in a reasonable time. She is very knowledgeable in State Farm products, will provide accurate quotes and will explain the coverages allowing you (the customer) to feel confident about your insurance product. Off the clock, she enjoys being outdoors, gardening and spending time with friends and family.

Jamie is newer to the insurance world, but she is not new to providing quality customer service. She is incredibly reliable and supportive of those around her. She values making sure the customer is heard and properly taken care of, so all her efforts focus on customer experience and finding applicable discounts. When not at work, Jamie performs in a classic rock cover band where she can enjoy the company and talents of her husband and friends.

Irene has been helping State Farm customers for over 5 years. She always goes above and behind to ensure that everyone has the proper coverages. She carefully uncovers all risks and gives the options to protect all assets from car insurance to home insurance to life insurance. She loves to help out the Countryside community. She has 3 cute boys that keep her very busy.

Ivonne surpasses all customer service expectations. She identifies the State Farm customers' needs and help manage the risks. She applies all discounts for car insurance and renters insurance. Her success is built on quality service and great knowledge of life insurance.
