"I met with Ivonne who went over my whole policy with me about my auto insurance. She explained things that I didn’t understand. She also went over my Home Owners Insurance policy with me which I greatly appreciated. After paying my auto insurance and was getting ready to leave I realized that I locked my keys in my car.
